Building Envelope

It can contain fires within compartments, limiting their spread to other parts o the building and adjacent structures. Non-Combustible Boards

Non-Combustible boards are designed to resist ignition and combustion, providing a barrier against flames and heat transfer.

Non-Vented Cavity Barriers

Unlike vented barriers, which allow airflow, non-vented barriers completely seal off these cavities to hinder the passage of flames and heat. By maintaining compartmentalisation, non-vented cavity barriers enhance the fire resistance of the building envelope, reducing the risk of fire spread and protecting both occupants and property.

Open State Cavity Barriers

Designed to maintain the integrity of concealed cavities within walls and floors. These barriers feature a mechanism that activates in the event of a fire, expanding to seal off the cavity and prevent the spread of flames, smoke, and heat.
